Gentle Readers,

Ever since reading Generation X, I've had this little fantasy in the back of my head where I retire to a seaside motel somewhere nice. As time passed it's morphed a little to turn it into more of an intentional community/co-housing space that would allow people more ability to control their personal space and also to allow us to host martial arts symposiums and all of the other things that pique our fancy.

Now I've just discovered that it's not nearly as out of reach as I had imagined. Well, ok. the seven million dollar german castle is, but some of the other properties are not.
