Speaking of things to be thankful for
Jan. 30th, 2010 01:11 pmGentle Readers,
In the subject of things to be thankful for, I'm pretty thankful this morning that my house is at least partially insulated. It's 20 below (5 below F) and somehow the heat got turned off last night. The fact that my house is not frozen solid is something I am extremely pleased about. I'm a little curious about how the heat got turned off in the first place, but I guess I'm going to have to assume it just got bumped. I can't imagine that anyone would have turned it off on purpose.
In other news we had our AnTiri imports over for A&S&W and Inar helped me repad my helmet so that it didn't scare him when I wore it. That's probably a good thing. I'm going to have to practice with the chin strap though. We only lost 1 wine glass so that's also good.
Today we are seeing a 100% increase in weekend small girl child ammounts, early afternoon, lasting sometime until Sunday morning. Hopefully that doesn't get too crazy.
I think I will work my armour more today.
