Ah..shit! I know exactly how you are feeling. Go get an MRI. Then work from there. It may be nothing more than a disc gone astray. When you have to travel, do it as I do..on your back. And put a pad under your butt to make up the difference between the seat back and the seat itself. No lifting either. Nor bending. (((((HUGS)))
