Today I'm home from work, lying flat on my back trying to convince my lower back that it should chill the fuck out and relax (which it hasn't) and the maybe the rest of my core can stop compensating. It doesn't help that I somehow managed to pull something in my sternum yesterday while stretching.
So I'm lying here, glad that I have a lap top, and about to attempt some hand sewing. I need one of those hanging desk things.
